We serve couples throughout Wisconsin and surrounding areas, providing wedding films, highlight videos, and related videography services.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website flyiniris.com and the SMS messaging program operated by Flyin’ Iris Media Productions LLC.

By accessing our website or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or opt in to our messaging services.

Flyin’ Iris Media Productions LLC (DBA Flyin’ Iris) provides an SMS messaging program for engaged couples and clients. By opting in, you may receive text messages related to our wedding videography services, including:

Non-marketing messages: Booking confirmations, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, project status updates, and customer service communications.

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services and the categories you have opted in to. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
